Am I eligible for Member prices on this website?
All valid NRMA M&S Members are eligible for the Member benefits on the NRMA Online Shop. Free2go and BusinessWise Members are entitled to discounts on the NRMA Online Shop as well.
Interstate and international motoring club Members are also eligible for the Member prices by phoning us on 1300 782 312.
How do I receive my discount when shopping online?
Simply enter your Member number when prompted and the More4Members discount will be automatically applied to your purchase.

What is More4Members?
The More4Members rewards program is NRMA M&S’ own, exclusive rewards program. All NRMA Members automatically qualify for the More4Members reward program. More information about More4Members can be found at www.more4members.com.au.
How does the pricing structure work on the NRMA Online Shop?
Most products have three tiers of pricing:
RRP: is the price that customers that are not Members of a motoring organisation pay.
Member Price: is the price that Members of NRMA, or another motoring club, are entitled to.
Gold Member Price: is the price for Gold or Gold Life Members of NRMA. In some cases a further discount will not be offered to Gold and Gold Life Members, however we aim to offer Members the best possible price at all times.
What is my NRMA Member number? Where do I find it?
Your NRMA Member number is seven to nine digits long and found on the front of your NRMA Member card. For example, 1234567 01.
If you are an NRMA BusinessWise Member, your Member number is found on the front of your Member card. It is seven numbers long and ends with the letter B. For example, 1234567B.
I’m a Member of a motoring organisation outside NSW or Australia. Am I eligible for a discount?
Yes, you can still shop at the Member rates. You will need to place your order over the phone to receive your discount. Phone 1300 782 312 within Australia or +61 2 4320 4574 from overseas.
I’m not a Member or NRMA, RACQ, RACV, RAA (SA), RAA (NT), RAC (WA) or an overseas motoring organisation. Can I still shop on this website?
Yes, you can still shop on the NRMA Online Shop and purchase at the RPP.
Do your prices include the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
All prices on the NRMA Online Shop are GST inclusive.

Can I suggest or request a product?
Yes, we love to hear from our customers in relation to requests and suggestions. NRMA cannot guarantee that any of these suggested or requested products will become available for purchase on the online shop. Email your feedback to onlineshop@mynrma.com.au.
Are these products available at NRMA branches?
A limited selection of products may be available at some NRMA branches, however , the stock and pricing will vary depending on the location.
Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
We deliver anywhere in Australia that Australia Post does.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver to our overseas customers.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and orders within Australia will usually arrive within 5 days. Please be aware the shipping location will affect the delivery time, so we recommend that you allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

What happens if I am not home when you deliver my order?
If the package does not fit in your letterbox, a note will be left for you stating that the package is available for pick up at your local post office or specifying an alternative arrangement.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If it has been more than 10 business days since placing your order with the NRMA Online Shop please and you still have not received it, please phone us on 1300 782 312 or email onlineshop@mynrma.com.au.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or incomplete?
If you have received some, but not all, the items you purchased, please be assured that part of your order may arrive separately. If you have not received your whole order within 10 business days please phone us on 1300 782 312 or email onlineshop@mynrma.com.au.
If or you have received items you did not order, or have received more or less than you ordered, please phone us on 1300 782 312 or email onlineshop@mynrma.com.au.
Will everything on my order arrive at the same time?
In most cases all the products on your order will arrive in the same delivery. In some cases the supplier ships direct to a customer, therefore this will, at times, result in split delivery. We note that additional postage will not be charged to you.
Any products that are shipped direct from the supplier will be noted on the product description webpage.
What do I do if an item I purchased is faulty or not functioning as described on the website?

If the product sent to you does not comply with the product you ordered, or does not comply with the description of the product on our web site, or is completely or partly damaged or faulty, or is not complete or some parts are missing, please call us on 1300 782 312, as you might have to return the good. Our staff will inform you about the further procedures.
Do you provide a refund or exchange?
You can choose between a refund or exchange only where the product does not comply with the product you ordered, or does not comply with the description of the product on our web site, or is completely or partly damaged or faulty, or is not complete or some parts are missing.
Please note:
• Refunds and Exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of purchase with Proof of purchase to be shown.
• All products must be returned in the condition that they were sent to you as soon as possible following purchase.
• Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.
• All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund.
• You may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product.
• Returned or exchanged product postage will be at the cost of the NRMA in the circumstances mentioned above.

Once you have found the item you would like to order, simply click ‘Add to cart’ and follow the on-screen prompts to proceed to payment, or continue shopping for other items.

Simply enter keywords into the search field on the homepage. You will then be taken to a list of all products that match your search criteria.
How do I know if my More4Members discount has been applied? Am I getting the right discount?
All Member discounts are applied automatically if the correct Member number is entered.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
Orders are not processed until payment has been received. Once your credit card has been charged you will be directed to a confirmation screen that details your order number.
Do you store credit card information?
We do not store any credit card details on our website and we don't keep your payment details on our database any longer than required to complete your transaction.
